If you’ve ever started a sentence with, “If I were you ...” or found yourself scratching your head at a colleague’s agony over a decision when the answer is crystal-clear, there’s a scientific reason behind it.
這句話一定要注意條件狀語從句中的謂語是兩個動作構(gòu)成,一個是"have started"一個是"have found"。"with "if I were you..." ",其實應(yīng)該是一個狀語,所以"or"之前的意思是“通過“如果我是你的”而開始一句話”,后面的部分里"scratching your head"應(yīng)該是賓語補足語,因為"find"這個動詞在這里的用法是“發(fā)現(xiàn)某人怎么樣”即"find sb. sth."。"at...agony"是地點狀語,后面的"over a decision"是"agnoy"的定語,這里面"over"表達“在某某的上方”,也就是“再做決定上范疇,”同學(xué)們也可以近似把它理解成"on"的感覺。最后的"when..."引導(dǎo)一個時間狀語從句。
